A total of 130 of 166 new infections (78%) identified in the 24 hours to the afternoon of Wednesday 1 April were asymptomatic, said China’s National Health Commission

this was written April 2, how can they deduce and assume after just 1 day from testing that the positives aren’t presymptomatic rather than asymptomatic when the incubation period is 2-14 days

to accurately assess this, you would have to monitor these new positives for at least 7 days

I hope it is 50%+ though cuz a very close family member with asthma called me yesterday.. and the nikka out was creeping with a side bytch

why my nikkas taking chances man

interesting theory

the last tweet comes from an ER doctor

@Lakerman0834

to further on this, makes sense why studies show certain blood types are more affected, and why a lot of italians have died, not just because of age but also because a lot of mediterranean’s have blood issues (anemia, sickle cell) and could explain also why a lot of black people are dying in states that are higher percentage of white :dwillhuh:

seems from evidence and dr talk that this virus is an attack on the blood

a NY ER dr even said we need to change how they intubate patients

My theory has always been that this virus and the stay at home mandate has become a big reminder that a lot of people basically live in a shoebox and when you gotta stay home for an extended period of time, the walls just close in you. It's easy to forget that when you're working all the time and you're out and you're looking for a reason to not be home unless you're asleep. It's easier to stay at home when your house is nice and you got room to operate. It's not as easy when you live in a cubicle with your nagging ass parents, your nagging ass wife or husband, your nagging ass siblings or your nagging ass kids and you got nowhere to go. That shyt is jail without the hour rec time.

Imagine having to stay at home and you live in those micro apartments with no window and shyt. That shyt is the hole.

City living. Not sure why people crave it. And bosses insist on you coming to the office :hhh: .

curious how serious people are taking this shyt...

Have some of you seriously been in your house for days/weeks w/o leaving?

I go on a daily bike ride for exercise...and im at the post office everyday.
Couldnt imagine being in the house 24/7.
I'm in London and besides taking out the trash, I haven't left my house since the 25th of March which was for a grocery shopping trip.
I'm running low on a few key items, so will hit the supermarket towards the end of the week:yeshrug:

No Whammies!!

This sounded so insane, I had to look it up. The full quote isn't quite as bad as this makes it sound:
Here is the transcript of what Boris Johnson said on This Morning about the new coronavirus

Well it’s a very, very important question, and that’s where a lot of the debate has been and one of the theories is, that perhaps you could take it on the chin, take it all in one go and allow the disease, as it were, to move through the population, without taking as many draconian measures. I think we need to strike a balance, I think it is very important, we’ve got a fantastic NHS, we will give them all the support that they need, we will make sure that they have all preparations, all the kit that they need for us to get through it. But I think it would be better if we take all the measures that we can now to stop the peak of the disease being as difficult for the NHS as it might be, I think there are things that we may be able to do.

Sickle cell is rampant in Italians?

Also sickle cell helps retain blood nutrients...I think its why they are using malaria medicine...now the hydrocoloquin drug makes a bit of sense.
