Chris Evans is a great Cap to me he convinced me in Avengers 1
I love both TWS and TDK, I prefer TDK to it, if you think the other way around, cool. To me it seems that you have more of a problem with the praise TDK gets, because in your opinion it is not justified.but that's ALL people talk about when it comes to TDK. darth vader was an iconic villain too but he's not the only good thing about empire strikes back. there are other things to talk about. there are other things going on that hold our interest, other characters.
dark knight is on tnt all the time. i'll tell you... i have seen the light. i mean have you TRIED to watch that movie from beginning to end? in between the ledger scenes that movie is TERRIBLE! and it drags on for so long!
anyways i'm getting off track here. even if you guys loved the movie i still fail to see anyone here present a counter argument as to how it was BETTER than winter soldier... which is a movie that delivers in story, action and performances from start to finish.
It was really good the one flaw I had with it is Cap would have never done what he did and put people undercover in harm's way like that. So what if shield was compromised, there were still good agents in the field and he blew their cover imo
Guardians of the Galaxy was also really good but the end kind of sucked. They have a real issue with creating interesting villains.

The problem is they nerf their villains and don't put as much focus on them. They focus more on the hero characters and villains are mainly used for plot.
That's true and I don't necessarily fault them for that in some of the films but you watch Age of Ultron.. they had plenty of time to develop Ultron as a formidable opponent but the story was way too convoluted, no reason really for Scarlett Witch or Quiksilver to be in it and Ultron was still seen as more of a comedy character than a legitimate threat. I have no problems with comedy, I felt the party scene in particular was great. Don Cheadle was great, hilarious.. best part of the movie. Hemsworth and Evans were funny too. But damn, Ultron didn't also need to be cracking jokes, there was no real weight to the character. It felt like they were just passing time to get to Thanos.
Don't let me Interrupt.
Please, continue...
I like to see Coligues go at each other's Throats, what can I say? I enjoy that fukkery sometimes.
Didn't expect you to show up at this party at all Bruce.

True indeed
