Belgium has the highest number of coronavirus deaths per capita of any country in the world — but officials say this is because they are being radically transparent with their data.

The European country of under 12 million people surged to the top of the chart as authorities tally not only fatalities that are confirmed as virus-related but also many suspected of being linked.

For the most part, top U.S. officials — from governors and mayors to President Trump and his team — have chosen not to use masks, at least in public or at televised events, even as they encourage people to follow CDC guidelines to wear them.

The medical guidelines are clear, but it’s not always an easy choice for image-conscious politicians.

so how long do you want to stay closed :ehh:

It's not about what I "want". We should listen to the science and epidemiological experts on this. Listen to them on the timeline and perhaps more important, the protocols/conditions to put in place BEFORE reopening. Conservatives like Kemp are doing this absent science/expert advice, based on nothing more than their "feeling" that we need to "just tough this out". They are apparently incapable of making rational, logical, process based decisions.
