Its the beginning. I work for a major health insurance company. All of the employees are home but the network is not built for that. We have been internally malfunctioning since Friday because that many people are trying to contact us. Good lucki'm just trying to get a refill...i cannot get through the line to my doctor/the medical facility she works for, called two urgent care centers, had to leave messages, tried to use the telehealth provider our company has - their phone line is jammed and their website broke while i was trying to set up my account to try an online consultation
i'm happy this is just a nice to have script i'm trying to get and not some life sustaining drug for me
