I had to laugh at the end of this segment when they talked about the looking into the mistrust that immigrant and minorities have in the health care system:

I’d they’d be just be straight up and be like we don’t give a shyt about these people and never really did anything to actually improve the disparities.

Biden's solution is to put people of colour in lead roles but I dunno if that's enough.
Black patient care is still not on the same level of their white counterparts...until that improves, and African Americans get a genuine apology for shyt like the Tuskegee experiment, the distrust will stay.

I went to the petrol station last night. They close the main doors at night so I was served at the night window,
The cashier was in there without a mask
and then to crown it all off, before he started to count out my change he licked his fingers 
.
I would have left him with the money but it was a chunk of change. So I took it and then asked him if he spoke english. He did.
I then asked him why he just licked his fingers and of course he started to make excuses. The first words out of his mouth were that he forgot

It's nasty anyway to put your hands in your mouth when you are regularly handling money

I just reminded him that 600+ plus of his super-human ubermensch brothers and sisters dem are dying each and every day, because of foolishness like that and then left. I sprayed down everything down with disinfectant after that. Hands, wallet, keys ...
