Here in the Netherlands it has been able for anyone to get freely tested since the beginning of June. In the first week around 50,000 people got tested and roughly 1,000 people got tested positive, only 2%.

At the same time since June restaurants have reopened (max. 30 people capacity, max. 4 people together plus 6ft distance if not same household) as well as movie theaters (same rules for capacity, but per screening room) and public transport has fully opened up again (mouth cover required plus 6ft distance).

It'll be interesting to see what these relatively small reopenings will do for infection numbers end of the month.
