It won't be Cornell West. The speculation has been that Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia is going to run as an Independent under a " Independent No Labels" Group. Because he's up for re-election in the Senate in 2024 against the current Governor of West Virginia who is very popular. The chances of Manchin winning are slim to none. The No Labels group is backed by Republican money and has been working to get on several states including important swing states. He's a conservative Democrat who takes a lot of money from Republican Special Interest Groups. If he runs, Trump will 100% win re-election.2024 is going to play out like when Ross Perot stole enough votes away from Bush that Clinton won in 92. West will steal enough votes that Trump winds up back in office
