True but the dynamic changes.

A lawyer could say that he fired out of fear of being caught with a dirty illegal gun.

However if the breh is clean as a whistle, that gives the cacs fewer options.

Young fella saw the cop reaching for something, had to assume it was a weapon. He reacted out of fear and had no other recourse but to shoot the officer, aint this how it works :mjpls:
Yep, don't matter if its a cop. But people are trained to submit to cops, so they wouldn't dare defend themselves
