I’ll be disappointed if they make moves. That would be extremely short sighted. Watch AD play and tell me this team can compete. He’s making 40x more than Thomas Bryant yet has less impact. He’s not even defending anymore. Dude is ass. Only way this team gets better is if we trade him this summer and recoup some assets.

Feel bad for Darvin Ham. Being a black coach, you really have to take a head coaching opportunity when it presents itself, but he would have been better off in lesser market than Los Angeles.
Tough been a rookie head coach when you are under that Lakers microscope as it is, then with how the team is situated it's doubly tough.
As for LeBron - congrats on getting the record. I wasn't interested in watching the game, so I went to sleep instead. Haven't been real interested in watching the Lakers since the 20-21 season. Not surprised that the Lakers lost to OKC.
Lakers did LeBron justice with the celebration in the middle of the game.

Yeah, Ham is in way over his head. Trading for Russ was the huge mistake and Ham was the mistake to compound on the mistake.

The tricky thing to me is I don’t know if any proven coaches will come here and I don’t think this front office knows how to identify a young talented coach that needs a shot.
Maybe I’m wrong but so far Ham proves me right. People like to discredit Phil because he had ATGs on his teams but you still have to know what you’re doing to get the most out of those players.
