It may just be as a response to the holidays but I haven’t seen the lakers tied to any new trade rumors I’m assuming they will do something involving at least nunn/Beverly/picks or something like that but I haven’t heard any recent news especially since the 15th. I would assume it’s better to do a deal now as opposed to waiting until the deadline but it seems like every season this happens.

So basically until the first team makes a trade the other teams hold back. I’m sure the lakers will have some quality offers especially from rebuilding teams. Still not sure why the GM/Team President was extended early so clearly he must of had some things going that he was over ruled on so they didn’t want to fire him.

What a fukking liar...I guess he's on the Buss family payroll.....The Lakers have more than 2 first rd picks over the next 7 seasons.............The reason why you would make a trade now even if AD is hurt is to set the team up for the next season...The Clippers made trades to bolster the roster even when Leonard was injured...The Warriors made trades/signings to bolster the roster even when Curry/Klay was injured...The Lakers could've added a number of quality role players over the last couple of seasons but instead chose to play dead and be penny pinchers.....I'm done...I can no longer talk about the incompetency of the lakers' Ownership....I'd have more respect for Jeanie if she just came out and said..."We want to avoid paying the luxury tax for one season, It would put us in a better financial position in the long run"...........I'm just done......Good luck to the Laker fans. You're going to need it.....The Buss family does not know how to run an NBA franchise. They have too many cooks in the kitchen.

The only way we get any sort of wins are that we have to weather "Bron-less" min.. and unfortunately we're off to a TERRIBLE start. Was hoping that last night wasn't an aberration
