Westbrook has played well in this game, pushing the pace. Lakers in transition/on the fast-break is their best offense.
This why they need to trade Russ. Only 30 million in cap space if they don't, to fill out like 10 roster spots. And all four will probably require a raise. That's why they need to make a trade in-season. They aren't gonna have the cap space to make a major splash in the summer (and there aren't any big names besides Kyrie anyway).
I would think so. Not much travel from Orlando to Miami and he only played 31 minutes tonight in a pretty stress free game with minimal physicality. The big question now is....Will Lebron play tomorrow night versus Miami?
You know he wanna give it to Riles he playin and droppin 40 on they headI would think so. Not much travel from Orlando to Miami and he only played 31 minutes tonight in a pretty stress free game with minimal physicality.
It's crazy that the Nets have more faith/trust in KD and Kyrie than Pelinka has in Bron and AD. They traded a 1st for Royce O'neale in the midst of KD's public trade request and constructed their roster with KD and Kyrie in mind. I'm sure they're gonna make a move at the deadline, too.I wish we knew if it was Pelinka holding things up or the ownership group and everyone they listen to. It's just so bizarre and frustrating as a fan.
LeBron's still a championship caliber player. There's nothing to suggest he's gonna fall off a cliff anytime soon, which is insane at his age. The team still has a window as long as he plays at this level.

Trezz was in the Westbrook trade and they didn't have Monk's bird rights. In 2021 the Lakers let Harrell/Caruso expire without getting anything in return. Should've traded them prior to the deadline (of course, THT should've been traded and Caruso should've resigned with LA)
In 2022 the Lakers let Monk expire without getting anything in return.
Now in 2023, the Lakers are facing the same situation with Russ/Walker.
Needs new ownership and they just need to come in and clean houseEntire front office needs to be fired
This roster is horrible

He deserves "kudos" with the way he's playing no matter if the Lakers are winning/losing.Again, if Bron is able to get this squad to .500 as the primary scorer he deserves kudos.
I agree. But the main detractor against him now from the naysayers is that he can't drag a poorly constructed squad to a winning record anymore. He deserves "kudos" with the way he's playing no matter if the Lakers are winning/losing.
