This would be a horrific trade.
one thing is obvious, Pat Bev needs to go BUT I still want Russ off the bench. it's weird because Russ is playing better with Bron and AD and better than Pat Bev does by a long shot. i just don't know if i want to disrupt that flow he has going on

Only person I’m flipping Russ for at this point is Kyrie. The Nets would definitely consider taking a 1st for him. And he’s the one guy out there that can come in and immediately enhance all the needs...shooting/shot creation/playmaking.
If they can’t land him then it’s gonna be hard to move Russ because he’s unlocked his elite skillset and what he brings has been invaluable to the team. His passing is ridiculously good...he a legit great passer...defending...smartly picking his spots. He’s basically shaped the identity of this team and without him they would need to recalibrate and probably take a step back.
Unless they get the right guy in there.
On the flip side....Nunn and Beverly ain’t getting u shyt out there...

Had plans so recorded the game. Finally watched. THIS Russ is what's been needed. A secondary playmaker to get the other players great looks. Applies pressure on defenses by pushing the pace. AD has been amazing obviously. Entertaining ass game in general. I was glad to see AD match Giannis step for step as I always felt he backed down when challenged in the past. He's showing that dog in him again.
Reaves and AC are perfect bookends to each other. Stone Cold Reaves Sauctin is better offensively, and Caruso McClain the Last Caction Hero is better defensively.

THIS is a good take.
Russ has been the MIP of the year so far with his ability to generate scoring opportunities for the Lakers with seemingly NO SHOOTERS.
It's still early, and the Lakers have another 2 levels to reach before they hit their final form.
With that said, it might be time to bet on the LAKERS to win the most unlikely championship in its history...

I have a few Pat Bev jerseys I can send to you and the fam.They deserved those breaks in the closing seconds. Milwaukee played awesome and the Lakers still won. That wasn't a cheap victory.
Hopefully, this is a spring board game.
