The LA Lakers will be a title contender next season with a healthy Lebron and 2-3 upgrades (Shooter, backup center and maybe pg).....Lebron should play 31-34 minutes during the RS and 35-40 during the playoffs

Had Beasley shot 40% like he did prior to the deadline or Dlo was just avg during the Denver series the Lakers would probably have a 3-1 lead right now going back to Denver....Lebron could've played a little better during crunch time, but i'm going to chalk it up to his foot being less than 100%....Unless Lebron/AD have a huge regression the Lakers will be a top 4 seed next season with a legit chance to win the championship.

And before someone says..."Lebron/AD are injury prone"......Well, so is GS (Curry,Klay), so is Phoenix (KD,Booker,CP3)...so is NO (Zion,Ingram)...so is Dal (Kyrie/Luka)...so is LAL (Kahwi/PG13)...so is Mem (Morant)

Yea it was real difficult for him after game 1. Mind you he was getting doubled every possession.

Nonsense after nonsense

Now what were his Game 1 stats Cody.. I'll give you some rope so you can hang yourself with it
Jokic was still dominant and the best player on the floor. However, they still held his PER 4 under it normally is in the playoffs I believe. And based on how strong it was after the first game (40+) to have it dip under 30 overall after 3 more games is impressive considering how dominant he was in game 1. It seemed like he was going to be Giannis vs Phoenix level dominant throughout the series at first.

Speaking of which, with the game on the line Ham should have went back to Rui on Jokic so AD could double.

A byproduct of missing so many bunnies (he's had a few games this postseason where he's inexplicably missed easy shots) and taking a backseat to Murray and letting him cook (he's never been the type to be all up in the videos if someone else is hot). He didn't really need to put his foot on the gas like he did against Phoenix in Game 4 when he dropped 50, coming off a loss. We probably would've seen a front-to-back dominant performance after Game 1 if the Lakers managed to win a game or two.

If he feels like his team is in danger, that's when he just demands the ball and tells everyone to get the fukk outta the way.

Truth be told, I don't think he was entirely focused throughout those four games, not like he was for most of the Suns series. He didn't need to be.

Gonna need some LWO fukk the Celtics energy in that Heat/Celtics series thread
Can you imagine how unbearable Boston fans would be if they had the only baseball and basketball 3-0 comebacks on top of being able to claim 28-3? :scust:

Need that fukk the Celtics spirit bomb

Big Jok was just costing after Game 1, again KD and Book went Supernova just to steal two games at home. AD and Bron was just an appetizer after that

Kobe was inefficient... And a pretty bad 3pt shooter.. and he is overrated when it comes to the GOAT conversation.

He's closer to #10 than he is to #1
Kobe would force it sometimes yes but sometimes it yielded fantastic results. Kobe was as much of a bball sevant as Bron but their styles are very different and Kobe was not giving teammates infinite chances if they came out looking like some scrub from the Y.

LeBron's biggest issues is always trying to play the game the right way when his team is playing like ass. It makes him look good and them look awful. Especially when they are standing around waiting to be carried by him and he tosses them the rock to their own surprise. That would be like if Goku put the fate of planet Earth in Krillin's hands while he's in Super Saiyan or some shyt.

Bruh if I'm the one scoring all the points and these fools moving around like we're still in shoot around, I'm playing the game MY WAY, the right way is only giving me bricks. And I will totally be fair and admit Kobe did not actually win again until he learned to be a better team player and not shoot his team into a hole, he had a lot to learn after Shaq left. The front office also did their job and got him the right talent.

Curry went for 50 against SAC when everything was on the line. This was a night when he was hot. Yet, Lebron will make scoring is 2nd or 3rd option even when he knows no one is stopping him.

By the time he started attacking late it was too late and he got sealed of by Murray on that last possession because they all know he's the only one getting easy buckets. We lost by 2. I get he's old, tired, playing on two blown out ankles, and a bum foot. But watching the game again, my guy definitely had a 50 piece in him. I think he just expected to much from guys that just didn't have it that night.

This ain't on some LeBron vs Kobe shyt, I'm a fan of both, and this isn't even me asking him to force bad shots because Lakers fans got mad at him when he tried that shyt too. But he was cooking that night, yet, there are possessions where he didn't even touch the rock to keep the defense honest. Sure, I can blame this on DLo being dog water but when your team cannot sink wide open shots it's time to be Superman and carry these bum ass Injustice League nikkas.

I understand that ain't his game but it's frustrating especially when you've seen him do the shyt before. And I think it's why people get mad at LeBron because sometimes it really is as simple as showing the team y'all aren't going home tonight. With that said, this squad was ass that night overall and if LeBron can live with the result then so be it.
