the ether
Someone was pointing out the difference between LA and Miami on offense is how their role players space the court:

Heat role players in the playoffs:

Vincent 6 threes/game (35%)
Strus 6 threes/game (39%)
Robinson 5 threes/game (42%)
Love 5 threes/game (36%)
Martin 5 threes/game (40%)
Lowry 4 threes/game (36%)

Laker role players in the playoffs:

Reeves 6 threes/game (44%)
Russell 6 threes/game (31%)
Walker 3 threes/game (39%)
Rui 2 threes/game (53%)
Schroeder 2 threes/game (30%)
Vando 2 threes/game (24%)

Heat have SIX role players shooting at least four threes/game, and all of them are hitting. Lakers only have two players doing that, and one of them ain't hitting. Walker and Rui are making their, but Walker's minutes are low and Rui's volume is low. The spacing that Heat lineup provides is soooo much better than the spacing the Laker lineup provides. That's why Jimmy can be 3-14 from three-point range in the last two series and it doesn't even matter, cause he gets to go 1-on-1 every possession with the rest of the defense afraid to help or they'll get burned from outside.

@Rhakim said the Nuggets only have 6 guys. They're all playing really well except Gordon. How they've not taken advantage of a guy playing 36 mins despite making no 3s defensively though..

Problem for the Lakers is Bron is shooting well below his normal playoff outing and Lakers only have 4 guys playing well on offense. Dennis, DLO, Lonnie and Vando all struggling.

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
Another season now where I've told you what the deal is with the Lakers, but you never wanna listen.

You said they wouldn't win a title, you were right. I said they were a contender after those trades and they became a Final Four team, I was right. They came short of the championship but somebody has to lose, it's all good...

Saying Jimmy butler gets to go 1 on 1 and Bron can’t is so disingenuous holy shyt

Nuggets aren’t doubling Bron. The difference is that Bron is so reliant on getting to the rim that without him making 3s, his game is one dimensional. Jimmy is utilizing the mid range so that even with him not making 3s, he’s using the entire space under the 3 pt line. Jokic is getting doubled. Bron isn’t. So what’s stopping Bron from playing like Jimmy?

Lebron took 4 shots last night inside the 3 pt line and outside the paint

Jimmy butler took 11 last game

Keep throwing shyt at the wall though

@CantStop Funnily enough said salt ting to my homeboy who is a bron Stan himself

@ this point of your career, I or the post season, I gassed from all the miles, I from seasons past, present and this current season..

Why is he choosing to live and die on the 3 PT line and not solely sitting and operating outside the post on his mid range or low post options..

he may not have the burst, he used to but but he is strong enough to attack in that type of aktion and would be alot more effective...

Next season this is exactly the same model/In game attack mode, jimmy uses, I rather then trying to be Dame Lillard or steph curry

It's maddening because he gets the ball and operates in the mid but he just holds it for 10 seconds and waits to either drive to the rim and throw up some bs or throw it to a teammate who has a grenade with 3 seconds left.

You can't come in here with I told you so's after you predicted the warriors were going to win.
Never predicted the Warriors to win anything this season, not a series, not a title, nothing. I was under no illusion with the issues they had. I was the most vocal poster on here talking about how they needed to make trades to be a contender.

I did however predict that the Lakers wouldn't win shyt this season and that their team wasn't as good as y'all made them out to be.

It was two, not three and that was the Bubble, not what he's done the rest of his career. He's never even made an All-Star team. This is not fukking normal for him. :comeon:

Oh that’s right it wasn’t 3 50 pieces just 2 50 pieces…..and a 42 point game:unimpressed:

Murray is basically the west coast version of Jimmy Butler. His playoff ppg is a whole 8 points higher.

He’s done that his entire playoff career. This is definitely who he is

And what’s with you nikkas talking down on the bubble like it wasn’t valid? The same hoopers that were hooping down there are the same hoopers who are hooping now

Show me this post. I didn't even make a series prediction against the Kings either.

I think you're getting it confused when you quoted me when I said the Nuggets would beat y'all in 6. Looks like I underestimated as to just how bad y'all were. Why are we even talking about the Warriors, and not about the embarrassing way the Lakers are about to go out?
Nuggets in 6/7.

Jokic will torture them slowly until they have no answer for him.
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Just shameless shyt
Not laughing now are ya.

It is interesting cause unlike the bubble year, pre-injury Bron was shooting a lot of midrange jumpers.

I'd guess since coming back from injury he never really worked on shooting mid range jumpers. As I've recalled he only really shot 3s or attempted layups since coming back. So he just doesnt trust it.

This is why I told people its never good when Bron is just ok with being a facilitator/non high scorer. Cause it tends to catch up with him. Then when its time to score he's not in rhythm enough.

This did him in during the Mavs series and almost did him in during the Spurs series in 2013 until game 6.
Mark Jackson is right that they just need to lean on Bron in the post. Foot injury keeps him from attacking from 30 feet and he settles from 3s. Season almost over with so might as well just play from there all game.
