My point is not that guys can't play. My point is that Butler is winning games through ill, not because of them. They're helping them stay afloat until Jimmy takes over. It's no different than what Rui and Reaves are doing.

Better shooters for sure.. I came in this thread and asked one question late in season, Do Lakers have shooter surrounding lebron because if not, a team is just gonna clog the lane then lebron short circuits and clanks threes.. If you have ray allen in corner, paint is open, if you have dlo and vando, they just make a wall.. Laker shooters were too inconsistent, when they play a team with multiple 5 out, was a tough matchup..

Have you watched them play, those guys are coming off curls and knocking down threes anywhere.. On road, at home.. Dlo WIDE OPEN corner three CLANKING.. They not even rotating to Vando, everyone look for someone to body up for rebound when ball rotates to him..

Your comment like if someone just saw reaves and didnt watch the games..

I already explained this. Next time, read more and post less.

I said the Heat and Lakers are similar in the fact that they have enough players to hold the fort down and keep the team afloat. The only difference is that Jimmy takes over at the end and the Lakers have no one that can do that. Last nights game and tonight’s game pretty much reinforces this. Jimmy took over after that Grant Williams incident. Tonight, the Lakers gave up a 13-0 run and couldn’t buy a bucket while Rui and Dennis were taking shots at the end.

There’s more than 1 way of playing. You should know that if you watched the warriors and lakers series. Lakers aren’t a 3 pt team, they made their mark in the interior. 2022 posters might be the worst draft class since the 2000 draft

Soo back to original post of need knock down shooters with Lebron.. There is a reason teams just stand there when Jimmy iso on the whole side of court and watch their season evaporate and do nothing about it..

I agree. At worst you guys should be down 2-1. Down 3-0 is inexcusable. DEN was mostly better in games 1 and 3 but you had a chance to steal both but face-planted both opportunities with dumb decisions.

Then, you guys were mostly better in game 2 but y’all let DEN steal it. And that was a game where your supporting cast showed out but your two big guns forgot to show up.

I felt y’all were in trouble after that, not from a talent standpoint but a mental/competence one.

Not to mention the ‘19 Sixers and Bucks were better than any East team LeBron’s Cavs had to face in his 2nd stint, including the young rugrat Celtics that took his last iteration to 7 games in 2018.

Kawhi may be brittle and in hindsight took an L not joining LWO, but his 2019 run was epic, esp since he didn’t have a Kyrie or Curry. His game 3 vs the Bucks was the turning point that inspired his teammates.
