Playing a game of hypothetical…


Lets say IF the Lakers win it all this year, whats the next move? Run it back with the exact same squad? Try to flip Reaves & Russell while their stocks are high for someone better or pay them? Try to make a play for Lillard? Take a bet on Kyrie? Does Lebron have surgery on his foot and whats his rehab looking like? Is Anthony Davis now THE indisputable franchise player for better or worse? What does the future look like for Schroeder? Monk? Walker? Hachimura?

If that was something ever in play that would be a no brainer. Can you imagine Dame playing alongside Bron and AD? How much easier and seamless the game would be for all of them

Dame can carry squads too so if those dudes go down it would be fine.

But that's fantasy....Kyrie would obviously be great and i think they might look at it. Ideally you want the type of team they have now....crazy crazy depth.

But how are they going to pay all these guys? Reaves, Dennis, Russell, Rui. These guys have contributed heavily... to the point where they will be coveted by other teams. You're going to lose a few of them for sure. And if you lose your depth the best you might be able to do is replace them with an elite impact player aka a star.

it depends on the price but I don't mind him. I like him more in the reg season than I do in the playoffs though. but given that DLo is soft af and misses games for any little boo boo, we need a reliable backup.
