If I was to start somewhere on Grisela catalog what should I listen to first?

For Conway start with Reject 2 and Lulu

For Benny start with Plugs I Met and Tana Talk 3

For Westside Gunn start with Flygod and Supreme Blientele. If his voice is hard to listen to then check out Flygod is Good All The Time.

For Conway and Westside Gunn together listen to Griselda Ghost.

For the group album listen to WWCD, and if you want a glimpse of the group when Mach-Hommy was a member (before Benny was) listen to Don't Get Scared Now.

I made a thread about a detailed list of where to start and where to go after the starting points. But these should help until I can find the link. Most of these should be on the major streaming platforms too.

Thank you, this is very comprehensive. I'm just going on spotify and listening to a bunch of stuff because I have time due to the quarantine. This should give me a very good launch point.

:leon: Not a bad point.

I'd toss Nottz in there too. Dude has been dropping nothing but fire since the late 90's and is most people's favorite producer's favorite producer. That's an overused phrase but it applies to Nottz. It's been a long time since he's consistently worked with major artists, but he's dropping just as many full albums as Alc, Madlib, or Muggs...he's just doing it with super unknown and obscure artists.

EDIT: I'm not trying to toss Nottz into the convo to further complicate things. But I'm just saying that consistency for 2 decades and change counts for something when talking about producers like these.
I swear Nottz got the best drums ever

What's FKTG and GDMM??
From King to a God (drops this month, April 30th) and God Don't Make Mistakes is the album set to drop on Shady.

I thought the idea of dropping an album 1 month after Lulu was too soon, but Conway has played most of King to God on Instagram Live over the past week and it's sounding like one of his best projects IMO. Features include Gibbs, Benny, Westside Gunn, Lord Flee, and I think he's trying to get Jadakiss and maybe a couple others on there. Schoolboy Q might be on there. Production is Alchemist, Daringer, Beat Butcha, and some others. Kanye might've done one too.

edit: @Morose Polymath here's a lot of the album if you wanna preview. Rich, Streets Don't Change, and Lock Load were all recorded for Lulu and taken off at the last minute.

Rich prod. Alchemist

Streets Don't Change prod. Alchemist (possibly featuring Jadakiss and Gibbs)

Heartless prod. Daringer and Beat Butcha

All I Need feat. Freddie Gibbs

Lock and Load prod. Alchemist

Cocaine Spot prod. Alchemist feat. Benny and Westside Gunn

God is the Greatest (maybe produced by Kanye?)

Kilo in the Trunk prod. Alchemist featuring Schoolboy Q and Westside Gunn

Lord Knows I'm Trying prod. Unknown
