Everywhere...You never there.
Stat Quo got shelved into oblivion for way less too, we all know how much of a sensitive little bytch the “bully” of rap is when it comes to criticism

Put together a Best of Stat compilation years ago that’s a fukkin classic :banderas:

He had so much potential ... a forerunner to some of y’all favorite southern rappers :usure:

LOL @ Stat Quo being shelved because he made a joke that Em couldn't take. Hilarious. Stat Quo was shelved because he had no buzz. Dude had a song produced by Dre and some other singles that made no noise. He was from Atlanta during a time when ATL artists were blowing up left and right. He was on Shady/Aftermath and still had people in Atlanta who had no idea who a Stat Quo was. Bobby Creekwater and Al Gator had more buzz than Stat.

If Em is that thin skinned, I don't see how he survived Aftermath given Dre has made him rewrite songs and verses.
I forgot who I think it was someone in D12
But they basically implied Eminem only signed those dudes because they were his plugs lol

Like Cashis was his Cali plug
Boo Ya Tribe was lowkey on Eminem’s payroll too

And then Jamar gonna go and act like that Eminem corny ass bars didn't ruin that Conway song :snoop:

Listen again, you heard it wrong breh. I heard it wrong at first too.

He said Em destroyed the song, I thought he was saying Em came dope on it:mjlol: But he was saying Em ruined/destroyed the song after Conway had ripped that shyt.

Why is everyone trying to spin this like he dissed Em?

This is the Gucci Mane thing all over again.

To most people this wouldn’t be a diss really, but Em has been known time and time again to overreact and throw a tantrum and fukk up whole careers over the smallest shyt, this is the same guy who made a mixtape to go along with the Anger Management tour and invited Royce to be on it, Royce started his track by saying “fukk anger management, I don’t need somebody to manage my anger”...in general terms, em took that as a diss to the entire tour, kicked him off it without letting him explain and didn’t speak to him for a decade lol

em takes this shyt too personally, he's shelved people for much less

why is world renowned producer Just Blaze fukking scared that he wouldn't be in em's good graces after telling him he was a little off beat?

Took Em's sensitive ass to listen to the track a million times to see blaze was right, and to call to apologize

Another good example

I will disagree with Jamar in that Em's initial and early run was respected by real nikkas, even if cuz was a little different. He was respected for making good rap music his first few years.

But dude has been garbage far longer than he was dope. And he gets way too much credit in all-time rankings for somebody with such an overall garbage catalog and who has become a truly awful rapper.

Eminem in anybody's top 10 is an abomination.

And thats another thing, Em always beefed with Pop stars and people like Moby.
When real MCs came at him, he always seemed to duck away from it.
Canibus? :lolbron:
Everlast? :lolbron:and he murdered him on wax.
Cage?:russ:

His only real victory was against Benzino, and zino called him out accordingly back then.
And against Juice, but these kids don't remember that.
And recently against Machine Gun Kelly, but MGK really went in on him before that happened.
Other than that (and possibly ICP) his battle record is shaky.

Dude jumped on Ja like a bytch with 50 Cents and then he tried throwing subliminal towards X.

I respect anyone trying to make it music, but honestly speaking Stat didn't have IT. The fact that he was a forerunner and got overshadowed speaks volumes. He was on Shady/Aftermath and from ATLANTA in the mid '00's and a lot of people down here didn't even know who he was. Meanwhile, artists were blowing up off of a mixtapes and gaining buzz off songs they worked in the streets. Breh had "Get Low" being played on Gangsta Grillz and no album came out of it and that was produced by Dre:

The biggest hype behind Stat was the suppose tracklist for his album that was floating around.
