Just saying there are a lot of Black people that complain "we don't do that" when it comes to certain activities or events yet are hesitant to participate.

I had it a lot with my gun group. They would complain about certain things being white only. I'd make events and try to bring people out and I'd get low turnout.

I've seen this with other people though. People here where I live complain about not having Black centric events in the city. Acquaintances I know would attempt to coordinate events and people would complain, criticize, not show up, say it's expensive, asking "who all g'on be there", etc. It's bullshyt.
