I love Mariah. She's good in the ring, cuts a good promo, and looks and carries herself like a star. Having said that, I will admit I'm surprised that she was really only getting heat when going against Toni. No one cared about her as Toni's clone or when she was champ fighting whoever while Toni was gone. I hope she's successful in WWE, but if not, I'd love to see her back in AEW at some point.

I think you underestimate the entitlement power of a private educated North London white girl. I wouldn't bet against her with your money mate.:hubie:
This the wrestling business. With hundreds and hundreds of wrestlers in the biz, each wanting a spot at the top, she doesn’t stand out compared to most talent in the WWE/NXT/AEW.

fukkin Mina has shown more personality and character in her short time than May has. And all she does is embrace her sex appeal. :heh:

I would put my money on AEW, if TK is interested, which he should be based on past comments by her in an interview

Though I wouldn’t put money if I were betting, because the below from over a year ago is all I’m basing it on.

Here’s more context from what I posted earlier regarding Thekla. But also, this was from January 2024.

I’d imagine Vaquer would be an opponent she would love to face, but you know she wasn’t in WWE back in January 2024.

I think she’s a better fit for AEW than WWE.

Mariah flopping and coming back to aew on the humble or her being a superstar and coming back in on a Mercedes deal both have ready made storylines

Not enough room. Mariah May might do very well in WWE but someone (or multiple people) aren't making it out of that group. You didn't name Grace, Lola vice, Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson, Roxanne Perez, Thea Hale or the main roster mainstays like Liv Morgan who had a great year and Charlotte, Becky, Iyo, Bianca, Jade, Tiffany, Rhea etc. who are all fighting at the top for time.

There's simply not enough room and some will be left in catering

Just look at TKO pattern with ufc fighters. Even with the women in their 40s on new deals like Nattie and Asuka, the non main eventers are going to have their marketability declined before getting rid of them see Sonya Deville. I think most of the female mid card are going to be released this year.
