It's not a picture taken by the chinese Chang'e-2 lunar probe launched in 2010.
It's a picture taken by the NASA Lunar Orbiter 3 in 1967, it is the "Frame 3085" in the "Lunar Orbiter Photo Gallery". But in the original there are no buildings, only mountains and rocks. So someone took that old picture, add some fake buildings with Photoshop

guy was laughing? could have been nervous or maybe just looking for sympathy

not only that, the little girls looked alike. it's the same outfit but it could be a handmedown and a total coincidence... or maybe it was her big sister's favorite outfit so she wore it.

I will say though, conspiracy aside, everyone deals with grief in their own way, but that guy's reaction was weird to me that day too. ive never been in his shoes, and i hope im never not, so im not judging him.
