im an open minded individual and very open minded to conspiracy theories but i can sort these things out pretty good to not be a tin foil wearing fakkit
And the reptilian shyt is....uh....poppycock
that reptilian stuff seems more along disinformation mixed in the community to make the actually valid conspiracies seem like a bunch of craziness. The actual valid stuff such as the elites attempting to control the world through the banking system and various political destabilization schemes are valid, but get looked at as nuttery because then comes someone to mix in lizardmen and all other sorts of things into the mix.
This is pretty interesting. The Center of Disease Control website has a 'zombie preparedness novella and comic'... makes me wonder if there is a plan to do something with bath salt-esque substances down the line on a mass scale, sort of like how the cia spiked that one french's towns bread and water supply with lsd

The Reptilian Conspiracy, IMO:
Some people say the reptillian stuff is code for Jewish elite. They go on to say, those people using that terminology are anti-semites and this is a way for them to evade being labeled as racist, by using metaphors and focusing on one thing being analogue to something else.
I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but it's said that is why they talk about the bloodlines and associate it with modern times.
It supposedly starts from Canaan and Phoenicia (inventors of banking and usury). That particular group of elite then moved west and were supposedly whom we now know were the Ancient Druids. With them they brought ritualistic human sacrifice and sorcery. Their beliefs clashed with what was to come; Christianity.
You can see how some of this thought is intertwined with the New-Age movement which is relatively speaking, Paganistic.
Some of this stuff gets very convoluted; such as the royals and nobility being reptilians. A cornerstone rule of royalty and the elite is to marry only each other (this tradition goes back before the Ancient Egyptians). IMO, beneath the surface this is racist. One of the reasons they use the word reptilian is because a snake is a reptile. The snake that tempted Adam and Eve was the work of the devil or in other words, darkness and evil.
Furthermore, they say the Rothschild (modern day Jewish elite) bloodline and power goes back that far and the british royalty and european royalty in general are mixed and that is how this bloodline conspiracy stuff came to be.
Purportedly, this is why they are still in power and hence, the state of our affairs today (in the hands of an elite that come from the same bloodline that rule the world through banking, since time immemorial).
The more popular conspiracy theorists don't come out and say it, but a lot of this stuff is implied heavily and much of their "work" is based on mystic, esoteric, occult (meaning hidden) and racist "knowledge".

Much of this ties into the Illuminati, Freemasonry, Satanism and New/One World Order, etc.
I have to make it clear, I do not subscribe to any of those beliefs and conspiracies.

Because it seems to be some sort of rabbit or hare (I assume this by looking at the nose and ears).
The skin condition seems like it is a type of mange and in serious cases, such as with dogs, it can look like that.
Leprosy also occurs in some animals, for example rabbits and in the U.S., armadillos. Leprosy can also cause deformity which is probably why the paws seem as if it were mutated.
It could also have been mutilated causing some of the body parts to look unnatural.
That is of course, if it is not altogether a hoax in the first place.
