You let some overseas brehs rope you up without doing some accounting or learning the business yourself and this is the result. Dude could've been moving like the shadow figures in Squid Games but instead he was one of the workers. You need low levels to get caught every now and again in order to keep your trail cold and spot where the hooks are.

This and a related scam with financial institutions and gig-economy apps has been prevalent for many years now. I believe both the apps and financial institutions should be culpable. Anytime banking or payment information is changed, redflags should go off, limiting the amount that can be withdrawn or transferred for some time.

Its crazy how sometimes you can make an "unusual" purchase of $32 and your bank will temporarily lock your card. But making a withdrawal/transfer of hundreds or thousands of dollars to some new account just added 5 minutes ago is OK.

I thought about it and the mentality of the majority in my former poke chop zip code and him losing his cool with all that bread in that apt and came to that viewpoint. Prospect St is downtown where he got busted for stupidity is on the outer edge of the old eastside before redevelopment. My pop grew up on the westside and eastside of town. Close by Pacific St was pure hood for decades. It was nicknamed the Gut, short for the Gutter. A few years ago I ran into one of my childhood friends from the gut and 3rd grade class. It was up the road a bit at a PF gym up in Trumbull Conn. My grandma lived in the gut and baby sitted me there as a youngen.
Long story short I lived the life there.

Yup. I went down the 'online scammers' rabbit hole last year, the ones from India/Bangladesh be recruiting people here in the US and in parts of Europe as connects, and in some cases they get put on to these scams. The amount of money these scammers run off with is wild though.
