Now all they have to do is make the Kinect optional and stop trying shove us that motion sensor bullshyt down our throats.
I still don't understand why they are so adamant about having this Kinect BS in there. Maybe someone can explain it to me. Have they don't anything with it that was so great that it warranted it being tethered to the console like that? Maybe I missed it. It seems like the smart thing to do is to have it as an addon like it always was. If a dev really thinks that they have a great idea for a game using that hardware people will buy it if its good. I truly don't understand their insistance on having it mandatory.

nah I doubt all that..you can still buy games from xbl...it will prob only affect nikkas that have discs

I for one will not be downloading no 20+gb titles. KI is an exception for reasons I cant control, but I initially chose to buy and install the games to save time and bandwidth, so this affects me entirely.

Of course the features can remain untouched, but not all will be able to enjoy them in there intended way.

Oh ok, I get that. But was them features serious enough to be upset at losing in exchange for a gaming experience that actually makes sense? I dunno, I think Microsoft just saved themselves without having to do this after launch.

The needs of the many, but to the point of those that are mad, maybe those that voiced a change ain't even getting one anymore :yeshrug:

What gaming experience were we going to lose? What was going to stop us gaming? :childplease:

I think this is their push to grab that "TV" crowd since its clear that we are moving towards a post-cable world fairly soon and this is Microsoft's attempt to get a bulk of that before Apple comes in and tries to do it.

Jobs had something in mind and he even thinks he figured it out before he died.

Not having internet access was gonna stop u from gaming...

That's wrong. X1 old policies worked offline it checks 24 hours.

How often do Internet outages occur? I have never had my connection down for more than 2 minutes.

Even if your Internet is out you can tether your phone and get back online.

Yes because the main people complaining were 1) cheap gamers depending on the used game market 2) people without consistent internet 3) people using game resale as a hustle and 4) stans jumping at an opportunity to fuel a fire. Websites carried the agenda because traffic = $$$.

shyts disgusting. 140million current gen consoles were sold and nikkas were worried about polls that didn't add up to a 30k total?

Damn :why:

the preorder numbers obviously scared microsoft a little. 140 million current gen consoles sold but the current gen didn't have the negative pr out the gate like the next gen does :manny:
