They won’t let this happen in the long term because it sets a precedent for thousands of cities that they abuse to tell them to fukk off. Then piggy out of a job. I don’t know what the play will be but they will be back.

While I love this idea, over time it is just not going to work. Some of these young dudes have zero respect for their elders and just plain no morals. It be so bad sometimes that nikkas don't even care if their is a police prescience in the neighborhood. What needs to happen is more money being put into the fixing up the neighborhoods. You have to be able to provide a look at a better future and better opportunities for these dudes too

-Community Policing
-Mentorship Programs
-Renovations
-Job Assistance Programs
-Clothes/Bills/Food Support programs
etc

All of the above combined long terms can better the community.

Also NYCHA got many residents living in poor ass conditions, and want them to pay high ass rent. They need a fixing too.

I mean this could work.

However, we're still gonna have some crime left no matter what. That's because some dudes just have real beef with each other and won't ever let it go. For example, I actually had dudes in Brownsville (and other places) that hate my guts and probably won't hesitate to shoot me. I let it go, but they probably won't. Also, there's a bunch of dudes still walking around who used to smoke synthetic weed and I swear that shyt really fukked some of them up.

The key is to prevent NEW beefs from starting. In Brooklyn, most of the murders are between opps that had problems for years. We can't do much about a psychopath who really wants someone dead and police mostly respond to crimes that already happened. What we can do is keep children so busy that they don't have time to get into situations that bring violence. But that's gonna take everyone to get involved, especially parents who are the main problem. No one is teaching them how to deal with their anger. They only know one way to deal with it.

A lot of people don't understand that the new generation is different. They don't live a life of crime like the old nikkas. They're not selling drugs, or protecting turf, or anything like that. That's why you don't have to worry about getting your phone stolen anymore on the train. Dudes aren't randomly killing like they used to. Some of these kids don't even come from bad homes. Many of them aren't even doing bad in school. Back in the day, the criminals tended to drop out. That's not the case anymore.

They straight up just have bad anger issues and have no one around them to tell them "No, shooting Ty for that $20 is a stupid fukking idea."

Finding ways to curb the flow of illegal guns into NY should also be considered. Maybe stop those damn gun shows in other states because that's how a lot of these guys are getting them.
