Batman didn't beat Cap, he said he thought he could maybe beat Cap after a long battle.
And like I said, the the Advantages Batman has over Cap he's not going to have over Black Panther.
Black Panther has tech that's probably better than Batman's stuff, Panther is WAY more ruthless (snapping necks and setting dudes on fire), and Panther has arguably had more martial arts training.
Couple that with Panthers enhanced strength, speed, agility, and senses, and Batman doesn't stand much of a chance.
Bruce is good, but T'Challa is just better.
I am referencing the Marvel vs DC vote in fight. I can't remember if they fought in the Avengers vs JLA.
But as far as tech goes it all depends on what day they fought because they could just bring something to the party that would give them the advantage.
As far as martial artists goes they are about equal in that department because they both have gone toe to toe with the best martial artists in there respective universes. Panther has the edge in faster reflexes no doubt and if it is an endurance fight then Black Panther would win but a fight to take each other out as fast as possible I still think it is close to call.
But Black Panther did put Sliver Surfer in an arm lock so he might win.

They had Storm beating Wonder Woman and Wolverine beating Lobo.
Wonder Woman and Lobo got toe to toe with Superman but i'm supposed to believe Storm and Wolverine can beat them.

Aight I will not count the fan vote. That is all true but batman has gone up against stronger and faster opponents and won. Bane, Shiva, Deathstroke The Terminator, Killer croc etc....And so has Black Panther that is the very nature of there characters. How many times has Batman walked into a situation and come out on top against characters that on paper should have him beat. As soon as batman realizes that Panther can take more punishment then the average person he is not holding back as much and doing some shyt to really fukk up Black Panther. On the same note Black Panther will do anything to win so both are tied there. This is close i can't call it

If I took the weak arguement used, which is A+B=C in nature of this guy can beat the guy that he's facing in this fight because of a win against someone else, well there would be no need for this thread to begin with. Batman outsmarted Darkseid, Superman, and his peers with accustomed ease over and over again. He's been in countless situations against a Black Panther level foe and came out on top...head to head or by plotting. It's all for naught.
