Batman is not a UFC fighter with gadgets.

And what's worse...Superman is'nt even the only super powered person Bats has fought. He has fought people far stronger and faster than him on a regular basis WITHOUT prep time.

Prep time is just there to deal with things that he as a human would probably need a little research for

Lol @ most nikkas in here not knowing jack shyt about Black Panther.....L highlly suggest you all read Christopher preist's excellent BP run as well as Geoff Johns Avengers run to see just how capable this dude is...

T'Challa and Bruce are pretty much equals in prep time abilities....I mean dude actually one upped Doom, sonned the fukk out of the FF, embarrassed Iron Man on multiple occasions and conned Mephisto.....

What separates Bp from Bats, well besides from BP having better physical stats is that T'Challa actually will kill and has way more of a ruthless streak than Bruce. Dude destroyed all of the vibranium in Wakanda just so Doom wouldn't get it..pretty much destroying his country's main resource......

Close fight but Black Panther actually willing to do whatever will get him the win here....
