He's smarter? Where is that a fact? He's EXTREMELY resourceful but so is Wayne. Panther has Vibranium access...that's his one thing he has over him. And I haven't seen an abundance of Vibranium since Doom got rid of it in Doomwar.

Oh ok I follow you. Well from my perspective bats just doesn't have any definitive edges against bp. I get that bats is resourceful as hell and defeats dudes who outmatch him all the time(bp does as well) but since they never met I can only go by the tale of the tape and the panther has that in his favor.

Black Panther is physically superior to Batman, THAT is a fact.
As for their intelligence, Bruce is a genius but not on the same level as Panther. Bruce's main fortes are forensic science and engineering.
A lot of Bruce's tech is reverse engineered from other superheroes, super villains, and people who work for his company.
Black Panther is one of the leading physicists in the Marvel Universe and has made scientific breakthroughs like Shadow Physics and the nowhere room. Panther is also an engineer but unlike Bruce he doesn't reverse engineer any of his stuff.
And really if you want to go by recent events then Black Panther wins in a curb stomp since he's even more powerful now than he was before. Bruce would be at a significant disadvantage against this current version of T'Challa.
Batman is not on the same level as BP? Wow...never known that until this year. He's a lesser genius now?

I think you are missing the point some of the guys are trying to make here...
Its not that Batman's feats and skills are lesser because he's fighting a "superior" opponent, its that Batman actually has a very bad track record when it comes to fighting people that are intellectually, technically and physically his equal or superior. If they are only ONE of the three they become food for Bruce but if they have all 3 they are a problem and this is history for every incarnation of the Bat.
And its not like this is some random goon, this is Black Panther, a guy Magneto, Dr. Doom, Captain America, Namor, The Illuminati and the like look to as their equal. Batman gets off a lot in the DCU because for the most part all the super geniouses in DC are not ruthless killers or have the strength of will to match their intellect. This is not the case with the MU characters as nearly all the top villians have willpower and intelligence comparable to the top heroes.
There is a reason why Bruce Wayne can constantly clown Lex Luthor and buy all the stocks in his company, but Tony Stark or BP can't remove Doom or Magneto from their rulerships.

WHOA...I've never seen Doom acknowledge T'Challa as his equal. He kind of punked him out REALLY bad in Doomwar...had him completely shook. Magneto and Panther haven't really legitimately spoken since Black Panther #28 when he was talking to the heads of countries and he mostly spoke to Doom. There aren't any humans that Magneto think of as an equal but he respects Doom's accomplishments.
Panther isn't no ruthless killer either. Never have been. And Bruce wouldn't be able to do anything to Doom or Magneto either because the UN ceded Magneto control of Genosha and Doom runs a dictatorship with diplomatic immunity. He clowned Superman like that before.

And those are just a handful I found through a google image search. Black Panther is the King of a Warrior Nation, he's known since birth that he has to get his hands dirty.
I'm not even sure why you would try and say some bullshyt like that when during Panther's most recent appearances he outright told Namor he was gonna kill him.
