If his feats are so great, they aren't talked about nor have they counted in anything outside of Hulk. When Beast was trying to figure out Wanda's spell and went to every genius on earth, Banner meant absolutely nothing on the grand scale. They had Banner finding ways to hold Surfer down a few years ago...I mean..the Surfer usually beats Hulk in like two panels and goes on his way.

It only taks hulk one page for him to give the silver server that work.

Yeah right...during a pushed situation...in regular books, Surfer saps his gamma radiation and turns him back to Banner instantly. Hulk beating the Surfer is like Hercules beating up Superman..it's fukking ridiculous. The Surfer can KO the entire Avengers in record time...his fights with Thor are some of the silliest things you'll ever read. He's WAY too powerful to be having any trouble with Thor or Hulk.
