I don't know why y'all continue to respond to his replies in regards to politics because everything he says and suggests about policies and benefits for Black people/communities is devoid of any proper knowledge.
Every time he's corrected and proven wrong with facts he then deflects with stereotypical ignorance...he doesn't speak with logic but rather emotions. I don't think he means well and is just having fun playing a game acting like he cares about Black people getting any benefits.
He slipped up in this thread, especially when he mentioned caring about the future yet acting oblivious to the impact the Supreme Court will have on any, as he puts it, “BLACK ONLY” legislation that he yearns soo much for, so even if Biden and the Dems did exactly what he wanted and then some, it wouldn't past just off the race-specific demand only.
The only way for Black people and Black communities to benefit from anything will HAVE to be through the umbrella term (minority) and despite what he thinks Black people are benefiting from these policies. It may not be him or every single Black person living and breathing but that doesn't mean people aren't benefiting.

The courts blocked the money, and said that Biden COULD NOT give any money specifically to Black people. That is the answer to your question.
Instead, the Biden Administration found ways around it by getting money to Black America in means that would circumvent the courts. They've given billions to "farmers who have faced discrimination", they've given tens of billions to HBCUs, they've given billions directly to HBCU students, they're given help to communities that face environmental racism, they've lowered drug prices for those on Medicaid and Medicare.....and yet you'll still vote for Trump because none of those things say "black specifically", which you full well know would never get past the courts anyway.
