Better choice than Trump yet hes done nothing.
you make no sense and youre dishonest.
* Appointed judges who defend Affirmative Action, the Voting Right Act, the Civil Rights Act, and other legislation to protect Black Americans
* Gave $17 billion to HBCUs, a record amount
* Gave $4 billion to farmers who had been discriminated against after the original $5 billion to Black/Brown farmers was blocked
* Forgave billions in student loans to Black students and instituted the largest increase in Pell Grants in history
* Capped the cost of insulin and lowered the cost of other drugs for people on Medicaid
* Re-started cases against police departments who discriminate against Black people, after Trump had suspended those cases
* Passed child tax credits that lowered the # of Black children living in poverty by half
* Passed an infrastructure bill that included tens of billions for infrastructure improvements in Black communities
* Expanded the giving of small business loans to underserved communities
* Expanded clean energy investments in Black communities
* Rewrote HUD rules to focus once again on civil rights and desegregation, after Trump's HUD had decimated these initiatives
* Banned federal officers from no-knock entries and chokeholds
* Signed the Emmett Till Antilynching Act
There's more but I doubt you'll even read that much. Meanwhile, Trump has.....
* Appointed justices that ended Affirmative Action, destroyed the Voting Rights Act, and have expressed animosity towards civil rights
* Appointed several White Nationalists to important positions in his administration
* Appointed an attorney general who immediately doubled down on the drug war and mass incarceration, reversing gains under Obama
* Ended all civil rights investigations against racist police departments
* Ended all desegregation initiatives in HUD and scaled back the enforcement of fair housing laws
* Openly spoke out against teaching Black history in schools and threated to ban the 1619 Project, Critical Race Theory, and other pro-black educational initiatives
* Ended all civil rights investigation work in the Department of Education, and instead devoted resources to fighting Affirmative Action
* Proposed a budget which eliminated the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, which conducts civil rights investigations among federal contractors
* Had his Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Candace Jackson stop investigating systemic racism unless it was specifically raised by the complainant
* Rolled back disparate impact regulations, meaning that lenders, insurers, and local governments could now pass regulations that have negative impacts on minorities just so long as there's no proof they did it for openly racist reasons.
Again, that's only a fraction of what he did, but I know you're not going to read even that much.
If you can't see the daylight between those platforms, you're blind.
