If I were to ask 10 black ppl off the street I guarantee at least seven outta ten will tell you they don't eat Lamb...:manny:

What American black dishes use Lamb as a meat? Maybe among non American black folks but I don't recall Lamb being a prominent meat in American black foods :yeshrug:.
Yall trippin my folks always ate lamb chops.

For me its hit or miss. It can have a real gamey ass taste if it aint done right.

goat and lamb are staples of black food overseas

Yeah i believe the safe internal cooking temps are identical to beef. meaning as long as it's at least 145 degrees in the center you can eat it without getting sick. same as steak.

taste good af. My only complaint is sometimes these places put more bones than meat in it. I can see several bones in this picture.

I got that pic offline.

My spot cuts the meat thin instead of in chunks like that.

Kinda like a thin cut beef rib.

They ain’t stingy with the meat :dame:

and they serve it with two different kinds of onion.

I could literally eat it every single day for the rest of my life.

Waiting till they open at 12 so I can cop some today.
