i try to avoid red meat in general as im nearing my 40s but I do eat lamb chops every couple of months. that and crab legs (my fav food).

5.99$/pound at Costco is the most expensive I’ve seen it and that’s cheaper than salmon or steak. Only chicken and pork is cheaper
