You shouldn't be gaining fat at all if you really puttin in work. You can't just be bullshyttin 3-4 days a week. 5-6 days of hard work and don't drink it on your off days. High intensity cardio and heavy power lifting.

I use to see dudes in the gym grunting n shyt dead lifting the same 185 every week. Good luck on them muscle gains bro.

Whole point of powerlifting is max weight, explosiveness, and low reps.

I guess if you're a white boy you need steroids n all that but I don't.

Most people claim they go hard but they not. I was in there 5 or 6 days a week. No bullshyttin between sets, no lookin in the mirror, no messing around with the females; just straight action.

And to OP It actually tastes really good. If you want more calories than the base, use milk to mix and also you can add your own stuff in there like peanut butter or whatever. Use a blender if you gonna be doin that tho

Also you say you did all that powerlifting. What were your numbers?

OP, lets keept it simple and lets say

1. your maximum body potential at 10% bodyfat is 230 pounds.

2. youre currently 200 pounds

3. if you use certain stuff ive never used before and bypass your natural max to let say 250 pounds and then come off correctly and continue to train although you gotta ease off a little because youre body has to restart the process of its own natural testosterone production.

4. you willll eventually shrink down to your max of 230 (assuming you bypassed your max in the first place.) could be 6 months, could be a year.

5. there will definitely be shrinkage once you come off, how much? depends on your discipline and if you bypassed your natural limit.

if you dont keep an eye on your estrogen then yeah youre gonna have dikk problems. Its a good idea to keep some viagra in the house if i were to partake in any of these things i think

your balls shrinking is a myth but not a myth, some shrink down to nothing, some shrink only a little, some dont shrink at all.

another myth is it shrinks your dikk, testosterone increases the bloodflow, it makes your dikk bigger, nothing major but noticable.


OP although i have never done any of this stuff im a simply well researched man, there should be no risks for using up too 600mg of Test E,C, or P a week. Use, dont abuse.

Heard you can find these things at a proper gym and talking to the reallly really big guys.
Also heard of a place called the darkweb and it can be delivered to you.

Unless you've reached your natural peak, it sounds like a bad idea.
Are you eating a high-calorie (4000+), clean-diet?
Are you getting in 3-4 hours/day 6 days/week?

yeah one of my friends is the same, he weighs like 165 now.
you can do it naturally just gotta put in a lot of work and eat, eat, eat.

i suggest going the power lifting route (deadlifts, power cleans, etc) and a couple servings of this a day. on top of ya regular meals. thats what i did and i put on muscle pretty quick.

There’s nothing with steroids, they are actually quite safe. Those who get ill with them usually ABUSE them, and it’s mainly the orals that do the damage not the injectable. A lot of the information here is regurgitated broscience. HGH for example, no, it doesn’t make your head bigger, it slightly grows your jawline, look at Bron and D Wade and others. AIDS patients are prescribed 15-20 IU a day and elite bodybuilders use that dosage without growing their head. Someone who is interested in performance enhancing, you probably need 2-6(MAX) IU a day.

Every steroid and other PED comes with a side like any other pharmaceutical drug. So know the substance you are using and how to counteract the side.

Just get your diet in order, workout routine set, choose your anabolic steroid and cycle on and off. Safe and easy. As long as you plan everything you will be fine.

Steroids are a lot safer than other drugs, unlike other drugs which diminish your living standards, AAS improve your life.

All high school, college, professional athletes are on it as well as Fitness model, youtube "fitness gurus". Usage is epidemic because its mainly quite safe

If I had to guess.

Bench: 215 - 225
Squat: 335
DL: 315

Keep in mind I very rarely do max reps if ever. These are guestimates but I've been lifting since I was 13 so I kinda know my body

Not too strong but I could definitely get to 1000 by August. I'm coming off a huge break and I'm not even 3 months in
