You shouldn't be gaining fat at all if you really puttin in work. You can't just be bullshyttin 3-4 days a week. 5-6 days of hard work and don't drink it on your off days. High intensity cardio and heavy power lifting.
I use to see dudes in the gym grunting n shyt dead lifting the same 185 every week. Good luck on them muscle gains bro.
Whole point of powerlifting is max weight, explosiveness, and low reps.
I guess if you're a white boy you need steroids n all that but I don't.
Most people claim they go hard but they not. I was in there 5 or 6 days a week. No bullshyttin between sets, no lookin in the mirror, no messing around with the females; just straight action.
And to OP It actually tastes really good. If you want more calories than the base, use milk to mix and also you can add your own stuff in there like peanut butter or whatever. Use a blender if you gonna be doin that tho
Also you say you did all that powerlifting. What were your numbers?
