How is that counter-productive?

Ecto's naturally have a much faster metabolism then meso or Endomorph's.

Which means they naturally burn more calories, if your already not taking in enough cals (3500cals) or protein (300grams)

Then you excessive training is mostly likely causing you to LOOSE MUSCLE

You may be already be shredded and or vascular if your true Ectomorph.... naturally

Which again tells me, you have no clue and you don't know your body.

Man instead of trolling listen to breh he telling you real shyt. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take roids cause I've seen far too many people fukk their body up over some temporary gains and it's just dumb tbh. The only people who can really afford legit steroids/HGH are sponsored body builders who make 7 figures just to be a gym rat.

For one there's countless natural ways to steadily and HEALTHILY (is that a word??) Boost your testosterone. If you eat the right food, have a solid workout routine and take the right herbs you can maintain a very high, natural level for the rest of your life.

You're thinking like an instathot and you gonna get insta thot results. I can already see it now you're gonna go find the biggest white boy in your gym, ask for the plug, he's gonna finesse you. Then you're gonna take all this shyt at once with no blood work, no liver protection, no rebound blocker and no pct. HGH is the better answer because they say its not damaging to your body at all but i heard that shyt was mad hard and expensive to get if you aren't in athletic circles that's why I figure some Test would be the better option

I don't powerlift every day you fking lunatic. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. As in I stay active 6 days a week. At least that's the goal.

Anyway I'm starting to come around I can probably get to 200 and 1000lb club in a few less months than I originally thought without roids. I may just buy a bag of that powder and increase my intake to 4500k/day :ehh:

Then once I get to 200 I may re-evaluate based on current aesthetics

Fun fact; Endo-Ecto-and Meso, is fallacy, they don't really exist. Just another misconception like the BMI.

To help its just advised to exercise, the reason this happens with a lot of guys taking roids is that your body notices a high amount of test and decides not to produce anymore (hence the ball shrinkage), now this is fine if you're cycling, but many stop, and hence form the bytch t*ts.

Most Ectomorphs burn fat easily, without trying, they can eat what they want, usually abs year around, and when they gain weight it usually all muscle.........problem is they struggle to maintain the muscle because of there metabolism, they have to eat alot more then a Mesomorph would to maintain the same about of muscle.
