That, and I've never been over 163 since high school. My highest weight ever is what I'm at now
yeah one of my friends is the same, he weighs like 165 now.
you can do it naturally just gotta put in a lot of work and eat, eat, eat.

i suggest going the power lifting route (deadlifts, power cleans, etc) and a couple servings of this a day. on top of ya regular meals. thats what i did and i put on muscle pretty quick.

Squats, DL, Cleans, already do those. I need more specialization honestly I don't get enough volume

1250 cal and 50g protein per scoop. Holy balls. That shyt is packed. It must taste like garbage.

:yeshrug: I'm not going to be competing so no need to perpetually juice myself up. But say I'm 6'0 170-175 trying to bulk up to 200 in lean muscle mass as quickly as possible. Why wouldn't a few cycles of roids be the best route? I could add 20-25 lbs of lean muscle mass in 2-3 months and then I'm done.

And for people who worry about your balls shrinking...I heard they pop back out once you stop taking them :francis::yeshrug:


It's not that simple....and you might hit 200 but you won't look how you think you will.
