Bro if kids keep talking in the car you gotta keep them busy, sing 99 beers on the wall or other type stuff, it’s also a great opportunity to teach them stuff. On long drives I talk to my kids about life, culture, science & play vocal math games.
They got nowhere to go, they stuck listening to you, a great teaching opportunity.
