I remember watching this unfold live on msnbc after i had got home from school my freshman year of high school....

It just seemed surreal.

Its frightening these guys have inspired a generation of youngsters...that see these dudes as pariahs, martyrs, and heroes.

I was in middle school and shyt shyt changed the whole paradigm around safety/parenting/bullying/music everything was examined around this shyt. There was school pre/post columbine and america pre/post 9-11

What everyone 'forgets' is that both of those boys should have been in prison when they committed the shooting. They were caught on some big felonious larceny charge that should have resulted in a bid but they got probation or community service or something. I guess they saw potential in these thugs
