Fallout just isn’t the same kind of game that Horizon is. Fallout is about exploration and little quest and stuff. It’s easier to finesse with a lower budget. The most interesting parts of Horizon is not the tribal stuff.

Horizon is set up as the gaming equivalent of a blockbuster movie. It’s supposed to be what Jurassic park or Transformers is for movies. And you don’t see any of those properties attempting tv series as popular as they are.
Fallout is a post apocalyptic game and their budget was 153 mil, which was more than Borderlands. Avatar tv show had a budget of 120 mil and their world was heavy with CGI. Doing HZD as movie is gonna cost close to 200 mil.

With good writers and a showrunner who cares about the story and not have a Michael Bay mentality, it could be done as a tv show with a budget less. Follow formulas that’s are successful (Avatar and Fallout). they wanted to make Borderlands a blockbuster movie and it failed, horribly. :skip:
