Colorism certainly is a thing is Hollywood. However, this particular comparison has more nuance than just "Zendaya got everything because light and Keke nothing because darker skinned".

Both of these women took a long time to have "breakout" performances and Zendaya has been in more mainstream movies after her stint at the Disney channel. Keke has done more under the radar indie "Black" movies that don't tend to crossover to mainstream. To the mainstream NOPE IS KeKe's breakout in the same way Euphoria was Zendaya's.
