Duncanville is pretty black too, right. At least it was. I remember the old TJT games use to have mostly black crowds. Same with La Marque back in the day. You are right though. The inner city schools don't win like that anymore.

all the schools you mentioned were 70% black back in the day. you know how it is now with hispanic growth it's more like 50% black now with most of those schools. d'ville would be the blackest school to win 6a in awhile.

That's the conclusion I came to watching that Dave Campbell's Texas Football preview video clip that I posted in this thread yesterday. Greg Tepper was hyping up North Shore as too big Juggernaut for Duncanville.

Who's win the playoffs were more impressive to y'all, Duncanville wins over Southlake Carroll & Allen or North Shore wins over Katy & Lake Travis?

I think Allen was better than Katy, but I think Lake Travis was clearly better than Carroll(I get LT being bumped up just in 2012, but it’s still wild we never got white boys vs white boys matchup between these two) so I gotta say NS’ was more impressive.
