One of the biggest issue for todays NBA is accessibility. Fans in their home towns can't watch games due to blackouts or simply can't find games locally. 2. Fix the CBA. This new CBA is a failure. Dynasties work in the NBA. Now you are punishing franchises who drafted well and signed key pieces to win championships and rewarding the owners who are cheap and have no interest in building a championship core.
