The most important thing I would do is make players stay in college 2 years then enter the draft.

These nikkaz coming in at 19 and aren't as good as they think and flame out. It would help the pro game because now a player has been on tv playing college ball for 2 years. Now you have a familiar face coming into the NBA and you can market him. Players would get hard coaching on the college level before entering the league. They would learn how to play the game and mature a lil physically and mentally before entering the league.

It would make college better obviously cuz I can't name not one player in college basketball right now.

Top 16 teams for playoffs

the traditional "conference finals" happens before the playoffs between the #1 and #2 of each side, so players and team still get their conference accolades, but we're not forced to watch trash teams on the playoffs, they can make a spectacle out of those two games similar to the NBA Cup, have it in Vegas or Dubai y'all would go crazy if the music performances repped the east and west coast

Teams have unlimited cap space for guys they get through the draft and it doesn't affect the cap for the rest of the team. Keeping well drafted teams together and not forcing the organization to break them up to avoid taxes


1v1 tournament at All-Star, custom nicknames on the back. Each bucket is 10 grand to whatever charity each player is sponsoring (most likely the boys n girls club for each team)

2v2 tournament with custom NBA Jam team jerseys, also custom name on the back, same rules as the 1v1,

For both, if you make multiple shots in a row, the money goes up 5 grand and keeps rising if you continue to make em.
