Nah shyts classic. Remake could be done tho and hasn't been a movie about golf in a long time.
I've always said if there was a movie that could (and should) be remade it was Caddyshack. I will always stand on this hill.
And it wasn't as great as I remember.
Like Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, this is just a raw, visceral piece of cinema amplified by the fact its based off of a true story. The things those 14 year old kids did for a fix

Underrated Altman film with Philip Baker Hall playing Nixon.
It's pretty much a one man play with Nixon ranting solo through the whole film.
I think it's the best Nixon performance there's been. Baker Hall doesn't try to imitate Nixon's voice but he really captures the paranoia, self-loathing and mania of a Nixon who has ruined his legacy. It's a pretty wild, ballsy performance.
Everyone involved in that film should be ashamed of themselves.
Just watched The Divergent Series.
Divergent & Insurgent: Both good movies. Story & pacing was good. The characters motives, development & interaction made sense.
Allegiant: This shyt fell off on Game of Thrones levels. There were so many plot holes the shyt was like Swiss cheese.

David: Has a penthouse control room that people can walk right into. A personal ship that can go through the shield but anybody can just get in & fly off. He can control the ships communication system (waits til the last second) but not it's flight system. He can control the doors in the amnesia machine building (waits til the last second when it's too late) but not the actual amnesia machine. This dude has no guards or a gun. He's listening to their entire plan & doesn nothing to stop them until it's too late.
Main characters: Tress & 4 mastering the drones within seconds of using them for the first time. Tress flying a plane & dodging missles despite never having seen a plane flown before. 4 telling his commanding officers he's going on the next mission despite them not wanting him & everyone goes along with it.
-Her brother mastering his machine with no training & knowing exactly where he should be looking. Also having no supervision he can have people in there with him getting Intel. Giving them that important of a job immediately was stupid as fukk. Then he knows how to use the plane too.
Then: All them people stuck in them clouds have amnesia.
Then: Since they blew up the shield David's entire army can get out. They can obliterate you at will & you can't strategize cause they're watching you still.
& That's not even all of it.

finally watched this. that theme is one of morricone's best. movie is a solid foreign revenge/action flick with a pretty unique ending for an american audience (not unique for a french audience)

Loved this one as a kid because it was also a comedy and Bruce was funny in this. That fight with Chuck Norris is still dope, love when bruce switches up styles into an amalgam of Cassius Clay and Chinese boxing.
Lee admired Ali and borrowed the foot moves, a very known fact too.
