Finally got around to watching Amour

I waited to watch because I was pretty sure I was going to hate it. I'm not a big fan of Haneke's other films...

...but this was exceptional. Long takes and moments that I'd found to be pretentious and tedious in his other films felt much more natural and engrossing in Amour. The performances are brilliant, particularly Riva.
