Keeping in line with the last two posts, I watces Things will be different. Kind of a diet Looper, But I thought it had some cool moments. Not a bad first effort. Will definitely keep that director on my watch list. It drags a bit in the middle after a cool start but the ending was pretty interesting to me.

Maybe nothing we haven't seen before but I fukk with any time travel type movie

Director is friends with Moorhead and Benson

Bikeriders. My mistake thinking white trash on wheels would be interesting. Annoying accents throughout.

I purchased Purple Rain digital on my firestick and re-watched yesterday. :blessed:

I also re-watched JoJo Dancer, which I haven't seen since I was a kid. :mjcry:

Back then I thought it was a comedy and laughed.
As an adult that knows Richard Pryor's full life story, I see that it is a Shakespearean tragedy. :mjcry:

I finished Paul Mooney's autobiography recently and he really broke down Richard's psyche and life... :mjcry:

I enjoyed this. Some really solid action in parts with a compelling story that really has you rooting for the people rising up.
