And oxtails are a favorite but i'd spend about $30-40 just for 5lbs. I use short ribs now and hope they don't go up in popularity and drive the price up.

I tell you what...... When you think of black cooking, what comes to mind first.... Birmingham, Alabama..... or Dallas, Texas............
When I think of Dallas I think of Pulled Pork and Tex Mex......... are nikkas even like a 1/3 of the population in Dallas......... but that represents the black south...... Gotcha champ........
