As I've said consistently since 2019, I think Biden has some racist tendencies but mostly goes along with wherever the wind is blowing. In the 1970s-90s, those tendencies showed. As Obama's VP, those tendencies were kept under wraps. As a president, I haven't seen any meaningful sign of them. He governs more pro-black than Obama did and Obama wasn't white supremacist at all. It's possible he's still racist, and it's possible that after 8 years with Obama and his circle, he isn't. I have no way of knowing cause I don't know him personally, I just know that he hasn't governed in any racist way since he took national office.
In 2019/2020, I thought he was a terrible candidate in part due to his race history and consistently highlighted it, was rooting for anyone other than him to win. During the general election, I reluctantly supported him over Trump but wasn't happy with it at all and still shytted on his past. During his actual presidency, he hasn't shown the slightest racist tendency and has made some (minimal) pro-black gestures that were still better than any previous president. That being said, I continued to prefer he wasn't president and I've argued for years that he should step down and not run in 2024. Even when he did step down, I was angry that he did it so late in the game and forced Kamala as the choice rather than a legit election for the candidate.
