I'm 33 yrs old. Base salary is $88,700 with a bonus of up to 20 days pay (based on company performance). Last year we got 16 days. Health care is free (until next year where they start to make us kick in) and I'll get a pension when i retire.

I'm a supply chain manager for a major aerospace company.

Took a while to get here though. I was making $50k in 2008. Stick with it brehs!

Some of the youngins leave but if you are there past 5 years you are there for life. The benefits are too damn good. I went from paying $300 a month in health care to paying $0 once i took this gig. Even when we start to pay next year i only have to kick in $50 a month.

Plus they will give you $15k a year towards grad school. I already have a MBA and I'm about to go back for something else just on GP.
