I remember 2008 saying people will remember George Bush fondly. I can say that the supporter of the current president will not feign embarrassment in 2021. And the public will let them live their best life.

We will forget that these people supported a policy of not only imprisoning refugees but removing babies away from their mothers as a legitimate way to deter refugees coming to the country.

We should all be taking copious notes.
